Registered in the Register of Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan since 2021. 

Graduated with honors in Economics and Business Law (2019) from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan. Graduated with honors in Law (2013) at the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan.

Specialized in the field of corporate crisis and insolvency, she has extensive experience in the field of corporate restructuring and provides legal, accounting and tax advice to companies subject to insolvency proceedings and to creditor companies. 

She carries out consulting activities in the field of inheritance law, taking care of all the legal and economic aspects of the generational transition with assets, including corporate assets, and providing assistance on related tax issues.

Since 2022 she has been a member of the Crisis, Restructuring and Corporate Rehabilitation Committee established at the Order of Accountants of Milan (Members – ODCEC Milan) (Componenti – ODCEC Milano) .
