Founding member of the Firm, she holds the position of Judicial Commissioner, Judicial Liquidator, Crisis Settlement Body appointed for this purpose by the Judges of the Court of Milan. She provides advice and legal assistance in commercial, corporate and business crisis matters for insolvency proceedings, in favor of Italian and foreign companies (in particular German and French).

Under the mandate of the Court of Milan, she acts as the Legacy Curator and Sales Delegate in executive proceedings. It also administers assets with corporate problems, having acquired specific technical and legal skills in inheritance matters essential to carry out the activity of legal advice and assistance in the generational passages.

She works and speaks fluently in German, French and English. She practices at the Superior Courts.

Secretary of the International Relations Commission of the Milan Bar Association (www.ordineavvocatimilano.it), Chairman of the Commission on Business Crisis and Insolvency Law of the UAE and member of the Executive Committee of the UAE (Union des Avocats Européens, www.uae.lu), also carries out scientific collaboration activities for conferences organized by the aforementioned Associations and participates – as rapporteur – in national and international seminars that take place in the European Union.
